After being listed as the high & new technical result
conversion project of Shanghai City, HPY oil-free sliding-vane
air compressor (boosting oxygen enhancer) was list as
the 2006 “Mountain-climbing Program” key project in
agricultural science & technology field by Science
Committee of Shanghai City.
HP rail vehicle compressor set and air supply system has
been adopted by Shanghai medium- & low-speed magnetic
suspension train project.
During the research and development, the company applied
and obtained 7 national patents and now possesses completely
independent intellectual property.
The quality management system of the company has acquired
the authentication of ISO9001:2000 standard.
FG sliding-vane air compressor
Sliding-vane air compressor is a novel development type
of oil-jet rotary compressor, which is characterized by
high-efficiency, economical and reliable comprehensive
application performances. It is especially known by operation
stability and low noise. Thanks to its pretty appearance,
compact structure and reasonable design, it looks more
concise and beautiful than any type of compressor. No
oil or air control pipelines can be seen at the main frame.
Its new modular insertion technology and compact exterior
embodies the high technology in compressor manufacture.
Its basic principle of operation: After entering the air
filter, the air is sucked in by the inlet load-dropping
valve, which is mainly used for regulation of the pressure
cavity generated by the cylinder, rotor and sliding vanes.
The rotor rotates eccentrically relative to the cylinder.
The sliding vanes are mounted in the rotor groove, and
are pushed to the cylinder wall by the centrifugal force.
The high-efficiency oil jet system can ensure the cooling
and lubrication of the compressor, and can form a thin
oil film on the cylinder wall to avoid direct metal-to-metal
contact resulting in abrasion. During the compression,
the volume between the sliding vanes of the rotor and
the cylinder of the compressor decreases increasingly,
and pressure is generated. The compressed oil-gas mixture
is subject to the coarse and fine separators, making the
oil content in the compressed air less than 3PPM. The
purified air enters the radiator for cooling, and then
enters the working pipeline at only 2~4oC above the ambient
temperature.
Besides the applications of the normal piston-type and
screw-type compressors, FG sliding-vane air compressor
is especially suitable for the places and equipment that
have strict requirements for vibration, noise and compressed
air quality, and, due to its excellent quality and performances,
is widely used in the industries such as harbor machinery,
rail traffic, medicine, food, light textile, instrumentation,
electronics, petrochemical, water treatment, electricity
and road machinery.
HP rail vehicle air supply system
Rail vehicle air supply system is mainly used for the
braking, pneumatic springs, open/close of doors, elevation
of collection bows, etc.
Rail vehicle air supply system is composed of the air
compressor, motor, electrical control box and air post-treatment
equipment, in which the air compressor is the main part.
Currently, the air compressor for the rail vehicle air
supply system is mainly of piston type. The screw-type
applications are quite few and are in trial. However,
both the two types of air compressors, imported or domestic,
have disadvantages such as high noise, high vibration
and high maintenance cost. Especially the domestic piston-type
or screw-type air compressors, due to their even higher
failure rate, are generally excluded from the localization
process of the rail vehicles. The imported air supply
systems, although with relatively reliable performances,
are expensive and have high vibration and noise, directly
affecting the surroundings along the stations and rails
as well as the comfort. Once the warranty period is due,
the maintenance cost is also unbearable. Therefore, all
the domestic rail vehicle manufactures and operators are
paying high attention and looking forward to the existence
of domestic air supply systems with higher cost effectiveness.
To play a role in the localization process of the rail
vehicles, our company has been engaged in the research
and development of the rail vehicle air supply system
since 2003. The main idea is to assemble a novel rail
vehicle air supply system with the sliding-vane air compressor
made by our company as the main part and with the macromolecular
film dryer as the post treatment device for the compressed
air.
As the sliding-vane air compressor is a new type of rotary
air compressor, it has the features such as compact structure,
beautiful appearance, operation stability with no vibration,
low failure rate, maintenance-free metal parts and much
lower maintenance cost compared with other types of air
compressors. The macromolecular film dryer technology
is a new technology appearing in 1980s in the foreign
countries, characterized by high drying efficiency, low
volume, no need of mechanical and electrical control,
long service life and reliable performances. It is with
such two advanced technologies and parts that our designed
and developed the novel rail vehicle air supply system.
Currently, the rail vehicle air supply system developed
by our company is completely comparable with the foreign
rail vehicle air supply systems in the technical performance
requirements such as operation reliability of air compressor,
noise, vibration, volume, automation control level, compressed
air cleanliness and suspension of air supply single system.
The completion of this project means the technology has
achieved the acme of the rail vehicle air supply system
technology domain.
HPY sliding-vane boosting oxygen enhancer (oxygen dragon)
By right of the fully oil-free sliding-vane compressor
technology and the high-tech means owned and combining
the application of new materials, the company successfully
developed HPY sliding-vane boosting oxygen enhancer (oxygen
dragon). It can transfer the oxygen in the air rapidly
to the aquiculture waters, resolving the problem of oxygen
deficit in the waters caused by water quality deterioration
and high-density aquiculture. (This is not only a problem
for the aquiculture trade of our country but also a big
problem for the international aquiculture trade.) It has
been subjected to the trail application in the “South
America white prawn intensive high-density” aquiculture
base, and the various parameters all have achieved the
highest level (which no similar equipment in foreign countries
can achieve). A patent is applied for it, with the Patent
Application No. of 200520039115.8.
To advocate the industrialized, intensive and high-density
aquiculture, a problem to be resolved urgently is the
water bottom oxygen aeration. Up to today, there is not
an economical and effective method for it, and it has
become a factor that restricts the development of high-density
aquiculture. HPY sliding-vane boosting oxygen enhancer
(oxygen dragon) will be an ideal option.
HPY sliding-vane boosting oxygen enhancer (oxygen dragon)
is a novel oxygen enhancing device combining low-pressure
oil-free sliding-vane compressor technology and macromolecular
micropore oxygen aeration tube. During the operation,
clean low-pressure air escapes from the micropores of
the oxygen aeration tubes laid at the water bottom, generating
a great deal of mini-sized air bubbles with large tension
and diameter of 10-15mf, which permeate in the waters
in foggy form. Because the mini-sized air bubbles generated
have quite high tension, “bubble incorporation” phenomenon
are note easy to occur like other aeration oxygen enhancers.
These air bubbles can stay for longer time in the waters,
so the oxygen in the air can be dissolved in water more
sufficiently and more rapidly. In the meantime, the toxic
gases such as sulfureted hydrogen and sulfureted ammonium
generated due to the decay of aquatic dejection and remnant
feedstuff will escape from the water along with the elevated
air bubbles, maintaining fine water environment and ensuring
the healthy growth of aquatile. The aeration and oxygen
enhancing problem for the high-density, industrialized
and intensive aquiculture is resolved completely.
